For years, Yeong Yang focuses on creating chassis; thus, we have product from server to client, full size chassis support, and customizable interior arrangement, providing the blocks of building the cloud systems.
Customized interior arrangement
With a full range chassis support, and customized interior arrangement, our chassis are suitable for multiple tasks. The Rx6 Series can be used in mass storage system for personal and business tasks with controllable cost to evoke their need to build and transfer from local storage hardware to cloud storage system like dropbox . The computing tasks can also be constructed with our excellent R4x5 Series by integrating storage and enhanced CPU components. Module design and customizable structure bring more flexibility when facing different application.
Thermal optimization
Thermal plays a crucial role in stabilizing the entire system to keep data moving smoothly without pause. Hence, we made effort to improve the air flow inside the chassis to make sure all the components are in the cooling path. In order to improve the accessibility of the fans,
we did the following change to our Rx6 Series storage server chassis:
auto lock top cover for quick access to swap fan
A single support bracket for mounting cooling fan up to 4pcs
A quick removable fan holder to reduce time to change
Anti-shock rubber screws
These measures allow technicians to adjust the air flow more easily. Cost can also be controlled by removing unnecessary fans.
Backplane with plenty drive bays
Our backplane unit is designed in 2/3 U height with 4-bays 3.5”hot swap trays which can build 1U~4U rackmount chassis from 4 ~24 bays storage capacity and hot swap function. The SGPIO and SAS expander function are reserved, can be customizable based on request.
Flexible motherboard support
The standard depth of our 2U industrial server chassis for cloud computing environments is 24.8”, which can fit 12 x 13” motherboard, ideal for server, surveillance and NAS applications. We also have the budget version with 20” depth, suitable for space-sensitive industrial applications.
